测试环境：
OS : RedHat Linux AS 3.0
DB : Oracle 10g R2
The "pid" of ora_.aud increases over time,
but this "pid" will be reused if the OS is rebooted.
When the "pid" is reused,
oracle appends the new audit entries to the end of the existing audit file,
