When Oracle will use RBO

If OPTIMIZER_MODE=CHOOSE, if statistics do not exist, and if you do not add hints to SQL statements, then SQL statements use the RBO.(9iR2 manual)

10g中OPTIMIZER_MODE参数已经不能设为CHOOSE了。
